FITPERÚSTARTS UP WITH INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION IN CUBA AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

The XXVII International Tourism Fair in Cuba was kicked off in the Morro Fortress, Havana City, from May 7 to 10 in the presence of the “FITPERÚ” organizing committee,1st INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR IN PERU.  In the act, the Cuban Minister of tourism highlighted, amongst fireworks and a splendid musical presentation, the arrival of 600,000 Canadian tourists and friendship between the nations that allow tourists to come to and go from each other year after year.

The 20 countries that participated in this event, which is one of the most transcendental in the Caribbean, celebrated the initiative that Peru had upon organizing its first international tourism fair, that will take place in Trujillo on November 3 to 6, 2007.  The fair’s slogan is “DISCOVER THE COUNTRY OF WONDERS".
