1.- PARTICIPANTS:
All groups can sign up without limit of age, all nationalities are welcome; amateurs and professionals, groups presented or sponsored by companies or participating institutions in the FITPERÚ-2008, especially those who represent countries, provinces, states or cities of the world.

2.- OBJECTIVE:
Deepen through the music, dance and clothing, in the folk diversity of the regions and nations of the earth, like part of the culture of the towns, their yesterday and today.

3.- SUBSCRIPTION:
Free of charges through the company or sponsored institution. Please fill up the form until January 10, 2007.

4.- PRESENTATIONS:
They will be carried according to the organized program, in which the day and time of each presentation will be established. This will take place between the days 15, 16 and the 17 of February 2008, in the general framework of the FITPERÚ-2008 in Lambayeque.

5.- IMPORTANT DATES:
a) - Deadline for subscription: January 15, 2008
b) - Committee Approval: January 15, 2008
c) - Elaboration of the Final Program: until January 15, 2008
d) - Presentations: February 15, 16 and 17, 2008

6.- RECOGNITIONS:
Recognitions will be given to all participating groups.

7.- TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
a) - Once confirmed the participation, and approved by the committee, the subscribed group will be held to the schedule of the presentation that will be determined at the time the final program is complete. Modifications can be done as well.
b) - All the expenses related to the group transportation, lodging, feeding or others have to be covered by itself or its sponsors. The organization will not assume any expense, during or after the presentations that will be carried out.
c) - The organization has the obligation to promote the festival and its public presentations, as well as the setting, installations and the equipment required by the groups for their presentations.

8.- AGREEMENT OF THE BASES:
Subscribing supposes full acceptance of the present terms, the Committee FITPERÚ-2008 is however authorized to resolve any unpredictable eventuality.
